So I'm dating the most amazing guy. To make him ever more amazing...he COOKS! Not only does he cook, but he cooks well. I have really lucked up finding him because cooking isn't my forte. I don't mind cooking, but I just don't feel I'm that great at it. Bless his heart, he fixes most of our meals. Last night was pork tenderloin over yummy potatoes with veggies as our sides. Tonight I'm determined to cook him dinner! To get me in to mood I'm watching Food Network while surfing the internet for some recipes. This looks yummy! It's buttermilk pecan chicken. Now off to the Lion to get all I need. Hopefully I can pull this off! I may just be the next Rachael Ray and didn't know it. ; )
